Luke did a FANTASTIC JOB rebuilding my back deck with a built in bench. He is super kind/polite, right on schedule, does what he says (integrity), has great SKILLS, and hauled off the demo'd deck. Great price, too! Love the new deck! I highly recommend him.

Luke from Cool Hand Improvements did a fantastic job renovating our old porch. The old porch was framed in wood, which was rotting away. Luke had suggested aluminum framing instead of wood so it would be maintenance free. We decided to go with Luke’s suggestion and glad we did. He replaced all the wood framing, new screens, new doors and here are the results. I would highly recommend Luke for any porches or general construction work. His pricing is extremely fair, Great suggestions and a very hard worker!

So excited to have my deck screened so that I can enjoy being outside without all the bugs! He made it so quick and easy for me, from promptly getting me the quote and scheduling it within a couple weeks of the quote. He worked hard all day and had it completed the same day!
