I called this company to get an additional quote on having my porch redone due to rotten wood and torn screen. Luke came out, looked at the job, gave fantastic advice on the best way to do it, and I was so impressed I didn’t feel any need to bother with another quote. Luke rescreened our porch with aluminum framing instead of wood framing to make the framing sturdier and fresh looking. He communicated with me about all the details before, during, and after the work was completed and finished the project in one and one- half days with a wonderful price. Big shout out to Luke. I had my patio screened in last June from Luke. It came out much better than I expected with great recommenations as to where the door should be.... very happy all around. Just recently, I broke the door closer (my fault). I was going to replace it myself so I reached out to Luke to see where I could get the parts. Luke from Cool Hand has done wonderful work at our home. We had a challenging sloped slab under our deck that we wanted screened with retractable doors. He pulled it off fantastically. We called him back to build out a new section of fence to accommodate an out building, as well as repair and replace sagging gates. His work is carefully planned and executed. He is also very pleasant to talk to and communicates his schedule so you don’t have to chase him down. He cleans up after himself as well.
